Valentine’s Day… Kinda Cringe but Kinda Cute Too?

  

Okay, so Valentine’s Day. It’s that time of year when people go all out, lowers, chocolates, matching outfits, and those long, dramatic love posts. And honestly? I think it’s kinda cringe. Like, why do we need a specific day to show love when we can do it anytime? But at the same time… I guess it’s kinda cute too?


We celebrate Valentine’s Day to appreciate the people we care about, whether it’s a partner, friends, or family. But the thing is, I don’t really know how to express affection yet. Some people are all about hugs and “I love yous,” while others prefer giving gifts or just spending time together. I’m still trying to figure out my love language, so idk how I’d actually show love without feeling awkward.


Maybe Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be that deep. Maybe it’s just about making an effort, even if it’s something small, like sending a meme to a friend, hanging out, or even just treating yourself. I mean, love is love, right? No need for grand gestures if that’s not your thing.
